Basic
A basic delivery is defined as: ground level delivery of product placed just outside the recipient's door or closest location to the door that would not require lifting.
Standard
A standard delivery is defined as; the delivery of product placed just inside the recipient’s door only when a single driver can reasonably manage the product. If 2 drivers are required for then this service must be upgraded to White Glove Delivery
White Glove
Two professional drivers will bring the product into the home or business, unpack the product, place the product where the client wants and remove the debris form the home.
White Glove + Assembly
Two professional drivers will bring the product into the home or business, unpack the product, place the product where the client wants and remove the debris from the home. In addition, deliveries will require light assembly that would require only basic tools such as screwdriver, pliers’, and simple labor of 15 minutes. Examples include placing a mirror on a dresser, placing a TV on a stand or frame for mattress.
Technician Assisted Delivery
A Technician Assisted delivery is when difficult assembly is required that would require 1 hour of installation time or hiring of a certified technician to assist in assembly or installation. Our delivery driver will meet a technician at the home and support any delivery. The delivery/pickup driver will be pre-scheduled in advance to meet the technician at the installation location. The technician & driver(s) will bring the product in the home or business, unpack and place the product where the client requests and remove the debris from the home.
The technician will proceed to call the shipper/recipient and advise them of the agreed time of arrival and re-verify they will be there to receive the goods.
